This will confirm the arrangements for the photography coverage for your July 12, 2009, wedding as I understand them.

Times & Locations
• Photo session prior to the wedding at a time and location of your choice.
• Begin at 3:00 p.m. with photos of the wedding party getting ready at the church.
• Photos of ceremony to begin at 4:30 p.m.
• Photos of the wedding party and family following the ceremony
• Photos of the reception at the hall beginning at 6:00 p.m.
• Conclude at 10:30 p.m.

Finished Photos
• Proof book of photos taken
• One 11x14 and two 8x10s
• Up to 100 images posted on storefront web site
• A DVD with a slide show of your wedding that you can play on your TV
• A CD of the images in the preview album mailed to you as a six month anniversary gift

Notes
• A Photo Information Sheet will be provided two weeks prior to the wedding.
• All photos will have a matte finish
• This is an inclusive package and covers all time, processing, and items listed under Finished Photos.
• Additional items are available on an ala carte basis.

Financial

Use of Photos
John R. Ziemann Photography reserves the right to use reproductions for display, publication or other purposes related to marketing John R. Ziemann Photography.

Wedding Cancellation
Should the wedding be cancelled for any reason, John R. Ziemann Photography will return one half of the first payment.

Limits of Liability
John R. Ziemann Photography takes utmost care with respect to the exposures, processing, and delivery of photographs. However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studio’s liability is limited to return of first payment.

To indicate your agreement, please sign a copy of the letter and return it in the envelope provided. Thank you again for the opportunity to share in the wonderful occasion of your wedding.
